This model is suitable for testing various chemicals for their toxicity profiles in human neurons and neural stem cells. With our customizable approaches, this model is highly flexible to allow investigating almost endless readouts such as stem cell activity, neurogenesis, neuronal network formation, biochemical events in the cells, changes in gene expression, epigenetic changes, migratory behavior, synaptic activity, neurptransmitter releace, morphological changes and many more. This model is ideal for drug development campaigns for stringent and early selection of hit compounds.
